Associate Attorney
Andy is an associate at Chianglin Law and advises clients in a variety of commercial and real estate transactions or disputes. Andy joined the firm in 2015 and brings with him a multifaceted skillset that derives from his diverse experience. Andy also has experience in labor, immigration, and international law, as well as appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Just as importantly, Andy is passionate about serving his clients. Andy’s passion for helping people is evident from his extensive volunteer service: he once assisted with vaccinating 1,500 chickens in rural Kyrgyzstan, and currently provides ongoing pro bono legal work in combatting international human trafficking.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy served as a judicial fellow to The Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals (2014), a research intern for the Congressional-Executive Committee on China in (2013), and an intern at the International Judicial Relations Office of the Federal Judicial Center in (2012).
